By creating an account or using WeevYou ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and WeevYou ("we," "us").
WeevYou helps businesses collect customer feedback and Google reviews by sending automated email requests after a job or service. Customers who submit ratings are routed to either a public Google review page or a private feedback form depending on their rating. A link to leave a public Google review is always present regardless of rating, in compliance with Google's review policies and FTC guidelines.
If you use WeevYou's SMS features, you represent and warrant that every phone number you upload or add belongs to a customer who has given you prior express consent to receive text messages from your business. You are solely responsible for obtaining, documenting, and maintaining records of this consent in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable laws.
You agree that WeevYou acts only as a technology provider that sends messages on your behalf, and that you — not WeevYou — are the sender for legal purposes. You agree to indemnify and hold WeevYou harmless from any claims, penalties, or damages arising from your failure to obtain proper consent. WeevYou is not liable for your failure to comply with TCPA or any messaging regulation.
You acknowledge that selectively soliciting only positive reviews violates Google's review policies and may violate FTC guidelines. WeevYou is designed to ensure every customer has a visible, non-blocked path to leave a public review regardless of their rating. You must not alter or circumvent this behavior.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party review platform you use with WeevYou (including but not limited to Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor). WeevYou routes customers to the URL you provide but does not guarantee compliance with any specific platform's solicitation policies. In particular, Yelp's guidelines discourage asking customers for reviews — use of Yelp URLs is at your own discretion and risk.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You may not use the Service to send illegal content, impersonate others, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without our written consent.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeevYou is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
